Strange that ever since the War Dept. changed its name to the Orwellian Dept. of Defense, it has embarked on a vast number of wars that are not called war and thus don't need the approval of the Congress. The CIA and other intelligence agencies have also carried out warfare and called it 'nothing to see here'. America, IMHO, never stood down from WWII and those really in control of the country saw the opportunity to become the new ruling Empire of the World - and saw that it was best done by clever propaganda and covert action or overt action with covert reporting of what was the real purpose and really happening. The only President to really try to control all this was JFK and that's why they murdered him at high noon.....to warn anyone else who thought they might want to control this out-of-control killing and money machinery [or even worse, represent the will of the American People in the matter] not to even think about it....and so we find ourselves now in perpetual war [undeclared, in the official and legal sense - but war all the same]. Another kind of endless war has been waged on the American People - both with propaganda, dumbing down, impoverishment, fear, and growing neo-feudal serfdom.
