Compartmentalization, and my suspect list
« on: July 13, 2013, 07:47:11 AM »
The way a sizable conspiracy works is through compartmentalization - the "need to know" - the same way the Pentagon, CIA, Mafia, and defense industry operate. A small group of plotters on top is isolated by a buffer of middle-level managers, who in turn communicate with lower-level managers and their separate teams. Many people farther down in the organization chart may not even be briefed on the full picture - they may be told a cover story and have no idea that they are working to assassinate someone.
