If you already own a copy of Ms. Fiester's essential book which examines eight separate aspects of President Kennedy's murder, please post to that effect.
Conversely, if you do not have your own copy, perhaps some guidance may be found by referring to page 19 of Abbie Hoffman's Steal This Book which describes a simple recipe for "Hedonist's Deluxe."
